If payment is not received by the time of the early bird price expiry, the next tier pricing will apply (if applicable).
Participation fee includes: Access to all presentations and networking opportunities, all food and refreshments during the conference sessions for the dates specified for this event. All post-conference presentations (made available online) and notes for training purposes, on-site assistance with networking and access to attend cocktail reception (where applicable). This however excludes evening meals unless otherwise stated and agreed, accommodation, flights, VISAs, dinners and breakfast for delegates traveling to the event.
The Organisers, Energy Capital & Power (ECP) reserve the right to alter this programme without notice or to cancel with full refund. Neither the ECP nor their suppliers will be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred to participants at the event. Right of participation reserved.
Payment details: On receiving your completed registration form, we will send an official confirmation and invoice within 5 days. Payment of the full delegate fee is due immediately from the invoice date. In the event that payment has not been received before the start of the event, delegates will be refused entry. Please check with the necessary payment department that payment has been made before traveling to the conference.
Payments made in local currency (Angolan Kwanzas) need to be settled within 7 days of receiving an invoice or this will be canceled by the accounts department.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund with no penalty fee, provided that this is more than one month before the conference start date. If cancellations are received in writing more than one month prior to the start of the event, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations received in writing within one month of the start date of the event, no refund will be given and registrants will be liable for payment of the full invoiced amount. Substitutions may be made any time before the start of the conference and no fees will be applied to this. For no-shows, registrants will be liable for payment of the full invoiced amount.
Important notes: This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of ECP to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the programme being canceled, ECP will issue a credit note or make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
By providing the Personal Information necessary to register for this conference, you agree to allow ECP to contact you through post, telephone, or email about this event or any other events that they arrange. ECP does not sell, share, or rent this information to any third parties. Any additional use of this Information will only be allowed with your expressed permission. Through this form, you also agree to ECP using your Information for marketing of the event, analysis, and the auditing of grant administration. The Company will not be liable for any damage or injury incurred, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mauritius and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mauritian courts.
